We've waited for this entertainment center for a while, since like many other products around was out of stock, and believe me it is so worth of waiting for. We were looking for long time for entertainment center with fireplace and we couldn't get a better one. It looks way better than on the pictures, our friends thought it was custom made and assemble is super easy. Communication with the store is amazing, they are answering all you questions and every single email. Highly recommend.

This fireplace and console far exceeds our expectations. It is gorgeous and the on-line pictures do not do it justice. The console itself is made extremely well and the fireplace looks like flames. The fact that it comes fully assembled is an added plus.

We received the entertainment center quickly and we are very pleased with the whole process and product.It does take two people to assemble and we are pleased with the quality. The fireplace insert is very pretty and you have option of log or glass stones. I would recommend this tv/fireplace stand.

delivery went well. my flame barely shows above the logs, unlike the picture. Is there a remedy for that? also the blue or red flame color is nothing more than 3 small lights that are barely seen. also is there any reason you can't make the back of the unit taper as it does for the insert models? which is what I had before. We had to chip out some fire blocks to make it work. I had high hopes for this unit because it cost so much compared to my old one that was possibly 8 to 10 years old and still worked

Unit is nice and seems to work well. Packaging was horrible-they attach the shelves under the heavy cabinet so they are difficult to get. When I complained that this was hard for me, John basically told me it's not that hard and I could do it. Like the unit, not a fan of Portable Fireplace. Shelves are still under the u unit.

i really liked this product except, the top trim piece has no nailing surface due to the jog in the design therefore the sides and top trim cannot be aligned without modification to the backing.
i made some changes and got this to work.
