When Can I Expect to Receive my Fireplace?:
All of our electric fireplaces, gel fireplaces, fire pits, and outdoor heating units are shipped via freight. All orders placed on our website will ship out within 2-3 business days and shipping transit will take about two weeks anywhere within the lower 48 United States of America. The shipping company will give you a phone call a few days in advance to schedule an exact time and date for delivery. Smaller orders such as tabletop fireplaces and fireplace accessories will ship via FedEx and or UPS Ground. Orders for tabletop fireplaces and fireplace accessories will receive tracking via email and or over the phone. For large orders, it is very important to fully inspect the fireplace upon its arrival and notate any and all shipping damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL or commonly known as a “shipping receipt). Signing for your order without notating damage means that you confirm that you have received your order in perfect condition.

Shipping and Tracking:
For all orders placed on PortableFireplace.com please add two weeks for shipping transit a few days from date of order placement. Our PortableFireplace.com experts always cut down on shipping lead time by processing orders same day. For large orders such as electric fireplaces, outdoor fire pits, and or fireplace mantels, please wait one and half weeks from date of order placement for the shipping freight company to contact you via phone to schedule an exact time and date for delivery (our shipping freight company will work around your window of availability for your convenience). Small orders such as tabletop fireplaces, and fireplace accessories will receive tracking information via email within 7-10 business days from the date of order placement.
