But in one of the boxes a couple of side panels were cracked. After sending pictures of the cracked pieces to Portable Fireplace (John) they (without hesitation) ordered replacement pieces. IO am please to report these replacement pieces arrived very quickly. While sometimes not everything goes smoothly (as is the case with the cracked pieces for me) most importantly is how the company and its agents deal with it.
