Great looking Product! It was exactly as advertised. The process of ordering was a little complicated to start but the staff responded wonderfully and our Ellistone fireplace unit shipped on time and arrived in great shape. The unit was packed very well. There is a fair amount of assembly required but the instructions were clear and it is a quality built unit. We use it every night and are very happy with the purchase.
