I needed a compact electric fireplace/stove for my small townhouse. But I wanted realistic flames. The Dimplex Optimyst Mapleton provided this so I ordered it. I could not be more pleased with the quality, realistic flames, heating, etc. the only negative I might have is the remote control takes some getting used to. The remote is not super intuitive by today’s standards. As far as service, PortableFireplaces.com quickly processed the order, shipped the unit and the delivery service did an excellent job coordinating and making the delivery without issue. I did have a missing piece which was quickly shipped out upon contacting them.
