The VividFlame Electric Firebox mimics the look of a real fire, but does not require a chimney or vents and plugs into a standard outlet for convenient set up. Features include infrared LED technology, sleek touch controls, and dynamic glowing embers.

If delivered to doorstep, it says no assembly, does that mean it comes unassembled? If so. do you have a charge for assembly?

Yes, that is correct - they will just drop it off at your doorstep and assembly is required. We do not sell the assembly service option but it is very simple and straightforward to do.

It would take 1 adult around 30 minutes to set it up

We are beyond thrilled with our new fireplace. It looks wonderful in our living room and is a welcome replacement for the 15 year old fireplace we had. The multi settings are great to have and the flames in the firebox look realistic. The fireplace arrived within the timeframe we were expecting and it was very easy to assemble.
