With this fireplace being two sided, so you can see through to the other side, can it be blacked out for privacy so that it can be used and not seen all the way through, and also so that when not in use, you cannot see into the other room?

You can install a custom pull down drape to cover it when not in use if you want to block patrons from being able to see through to the other side.
When not in use you will still be able to see through it so you may want to use the custom pull down drape approach if you wanted to block it when not in use.

It can be used as a supplemental heat source. It includes an effective fan-forced heater that will warm up to 400 sq. ft.; the heater heats one side, even with the backer panel removed.

Does this have media with it like glo logs? Do you offer the option to plumb this to a water line? Please confirm that this has glass panels on both sides (see through) and that it includes a fan blower for heat?

This model does not include logs, only the flame effects as shown in the product images. You cannot link it to a water line, it does have a water reservoir that needs to be refilled once it is empty
