Please note that this fireplace cannot be assembled prior to shipping as it would get damaged during shipping transit.
Assembly is very simple and straightforward and should take one adult around 30 minutes to set up.

Yes, our 48" Ashley Mahogany Electric Fireplace does feature fan forced heat. The fan operation is quiet and not overly obnoxious or loud.

Everything arrived well before the date I was given. My husband assembled my fireplace and we centered it on the Livingroom wall. He now needs to mount the tv bracket. The only thing that would add to the fireplace is some hidden storage. I enjoy having it on in the room. Even without the heater going it makes me fell warm.
