Yes, you can mount a TV above the fireplace without any issues.

Our 58" Beau Dark Walnut Electric Fireplace is very simple to assemble, it would take 1 adult around an hour to set it up. It includes detailed step by step assembly instructions.
If you did not want to assemble it, you can add the in-home installation service on the product page and we will send a furniture technician to your home to build the fireplace for you and they will remove all packaging debris/boxes when they are done.
