Gas fire pit table with leveling feet, stainless steel burner, lava rock, storage cover, empty 11 lb propane tank and propane hose with regulator are included. Providing 65,000 BTUs of heat, this outdoor propane fire pit can be converted to natural gas by a certified natural gas technician using a Jensen Company® conversion kit (not included). Beautiful table. It is over 105 degrees here in Arizona so have not yet fired it up. I would make a suggestion, however. As it weighs approximately 400 lbs., it was very difficult to get through a 32 inch gate into the backyard. We had to basically dismantle it which required crawling inside to remove the 4 screws that held the top to the base. I feel it would be a major improvement if it was designed in such a way that the top could be removed to more easily move the table.
