I’d see there is assembly required. Does the entire unit come in boxes and needs assembly? Are there video instructions? Also is the unit made out of compressed or solid wood (even the back, is it cardboard backing or wood)?

The 72" Fresno White Electric Media Fireplace does require assembly however it would take one adult only about 30 minutes to assemble the product.
The entire model will arrive in 2 boxes and it does feature high quality compressed hardwood with veneer.

Real flame unit is functional, good looking and exhibits a real flame look.
Cabinet is not well made. The top section (part #11) came damaged and has to be replaced. It is also clear that the pieces do not connect together seamlessly. Overall, the value of the product is not worth the cost paid.
