This is a fireplace mantel, a decorative mantel piece that is designed to go around an existing fireplace in your home.
It is not available in any custom sizes, you can inset an electric fireplace insert into your wall and have this mantel surround it if you wish.

The fireplace insert that I would recommend to use with the mantel, would be the below - please note that you have to break open your drywall to create a custom space for the fireplace insert (probably a job for a contractor or yourself if you are handy)

This is a cast stone mantel, I would recommend covering it in a custom weatherproof epoxy finish before setting it for use outdoors. You can purchase that from your local Home Depot.

I have a wood burning fireplace. It will have a metal surround. Just wanted to confirm this mantle is non-flammable and can be place within 6” of opening. Also, can it be painted white?

Confirming that our 73.5" Arch Fireplace Surround is non combustible, and you can definitely paint it white if you wish as it is constructed of a cast stone material that is paintable.
