Unfortunately we are not able to send you finish samples however the pictures on the website are actual pictures of the product. I would recommend viewing them on different monitors to get a good idea for the finish color.

Can you remove the logs to place rocks?

We do not recommend removing the logs as they are fixed in place inside of the electric fireplace insert.
They are also wired and powered to provide "inner glow" technology where the logs glow and pulsate like live burning embers for max realism.

Hello. Do your units have flame height adjustments. I like taller flames than shown in your videos.

The flames are not height adjustable however they do flicker just like real fire and I have seen it in person - it is very realistic and looks almost identical to real fire. I do not think that the flame height is low whatsoever.
