Unit is nice and seems to work well. Packaging was horrible-they attach the shelves under the heavy cabinet so they are difficult to get. When I complained that this was hard for me, John basically told me it's not that hard and I could do it. Like the unit, not a fan of Portable Fireplace. Shelves are still under the u unit.
