We had a couple of tense moments putting it together as some parts fit really snugly together, but once we realized why that was, we were able to put it together without much difficulty. While we live in Florida and won't be using the heater much, we did try it out, works perfectly. Would recommend the Cali and your company. It was going to be delayed, but somehow, you managed to get it to us before we expected it. Thank you for your help and for being so expedient in your endeavor to get it to us early.
